Founded in Las Vegas in 2000, we made our way to Pensacola in 2011.
Since then we’ve been more than proud to call the Emerald Coast our home.

It only made sense to bring the business that we knew and loved along with us, which is what prompted us to start Builder Blinds of NW Florida. With such breathtaking views and super friendly locals, this location could not be more perfect for us and our business. Every day we work with a wide variety of residential and commercial customers, and now we look forward to adding your name to our list of satisfied clients.
Craig entered the Window Covering Industry in Las Vegas, NV back in 2000, working with a partner in one of the nation’s largest franchises in the business. Even with great guidance and direction – mistakes were made. We learned the hard way how to fit plantation shutters, exactly how to order the proper fitting shades and what makes one manufacturer better that another. Then, even after figuring all that out – we just weren’t ready for the housing crisis of 2008. Our industry like many others suffered. We (the Thomas Family) lost our home and business all in a matter of months.
Not to give up – in 2010 we relocated to the Beautiful Emerald Coast: Pensacola. Jenny Thomas (Craig’s wife) has a sister in Navarre.
Luckily, we found a demand for our skills and began Builder Blinds of NW Florida. Since then – we have been serving our wonderful clients, the real-estate community and numerous builders in the area.
And with all that being said – We hope we have the opportunity to show you what we (the entire Builder Blinds Team) can do for you.
